Easy and tasty Baked Jalapeno Poppers with cream cheese and bacon pieces is a favorite keto/low carb party snack or side dish. The stuffed jalapeno peppers are baked in the oven, not fired and the jalapeno peppers have a nice al dente texture that is not greasy. Rather than wrapping the bacon around the stuffed jalapeno, this recipe uses the oven baked method to do the bacon to a perfect, even crispness. Then the bacon is chopped into small pieces and worked into the cheese filling, with reserved bacon pieces that are used to garnish the top.
