If you cannot find the hazelnut butter, an alternative would be to buy dry roasted and blanched (peeled) hazelnuts and make your own nut butter from the hazelnuts. I have found the cost of the hazelnuts to be as much as buying the prepared nut butter and the prepared butter is an easier way to make a treaty, versatile spread for which you can control the sweetness, and where you will know the macronutrient profile.
If you can find the hazelnut butter in a grocery or health food store it may be less expensive – as I have found in my area. However, here are links for your convenience. These are not the only brands; the thing to look for is 100% hazelnuts and no other ingredients:
