1. Make full batches of my Sugar Free Sweetened Condensed Milk and my Parisian Hot Chocolate. Set aside to cool to room temperature
2. To a large mixing bowl, pour and combine the espresso coffee, sugar free sweetened condensed milk, heavy whipping cream, Parisian hot chocolate (2 tbsp), vanilla and almond extract. Use a whisk to mix all the ingredients until well combined
3. Pour in the Irish Whiskey and again whisk to mix all the ingredients until well combined
4. Decant into a bottle with an airtight lid. Refrigerate to cool. Serve chilled

Store the bottled Sugar Free Irish Cream in the refrigerator. This homemade Sugar Free Irish Cream will keep well for several months in the refrigerator. Shake the bottle before serving as the heavy ingredients may settle towards the bottom of the bottle.
