Thousand Island Salad Dressing
INGREDIENTS
- 36 g (2 tbsp) dill pickles – chopped very small
- 30 g (2 tbsp) fresh lemon juice
- 20 g (2 tbsp) fresh minced onion or 5ml (1 tsp) onion powder
- 1.5 g (¼ tsp) salt – ground fine
DIRECTIONS
1. Add all of the ingredients into a small bowl. Stir well to combine
2. Pour into a container with a large opening and an airtight seal
3. Store in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks
