Thousand Island Salad Dressing

Servings: Total 1 cup, 270g or 19 servings of 1 tbsp each

INGREDIENTS

240 g (1 cup) mayonnaise

40 g (3 tbsp) olive oil

19 g (1 tbsp) tomato paste

36 g (2 tbsp) dill pickles – chopped very small

30 g (2 tbsp) fresh lemon juice

5 g (1 tsp) Frank’s Red Hot Sauce

20 g (2 tbsp) fresh minced onion or 5ml (1 tsp) onion powder

2 g (1 tsp) sweet or smoked paprika

3 g (1 tsp) garlic powder

1.5 g (¼ tsp) salt – ground fine

DIRECTIONS

1. Add all of the ingredients into a small bowl. Stir well to combine
2. Pour into a container with a large opening and an airtight seal
3. Store in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks
